Still looking for that boat with the right fit and personality? Then be sure to attend the four-day in-water BC Boat Show at beautiful Sidney, BC on Vancouver Island, April 30 through May 3 at Port Sidney Marina (9835 Seaport Pl).
Come explore over 200 new and used vessels from hand-powered craft to impressive yachts. 2026 marks the 30th Anniversary BC Boat Show, hosted by British Columbia Yacht Brokers Association (BCYBA). Each year, BCYBA donates a portion of show proceeds to a local charity.
Come make a weekend of it and enjoy the vibrant downtown shops, eateries, and stunning views from the town’s waterfront promenade. If you are arriving by ferry, a free shuttle bus service will run from Swartz Bay to downtown during boat show hours; the shuttle departs shortly after each ferry arrival.
If arriving by private boat, be sure to make moorage reservations early at one of several marinas in Sidney: Canoe Cove Marina, North Saanich Marina, Port Sidney Marina, or Van Isle Marina. See Waggoner Cruising Guide for details and contact information.
