Recreational boaters visiting the Victoria BC Harbour now have another option for guest moorage, namely Village Marina located just north of the Johnson Street Bridge on the east bank. Village Marina in Victoria’s Upper Harbour is now managed by the world-class Victoria International Marina.
While the International Marina in the Middle Harbour offers moorage for vessels 65 feet and over, now vessels under 65 feet can be assigned guest moorage at Village Marina, within steps of Chinatown, downtown shopping, and Victoria’s great restaurants. Boaters can enjoy the same hospitality and professional service of the Victoria International Marina, while staying within walking distance of the many downtown sights of Victoria. Transient guest moorage at Village Marina is offered seasonally, May 1 through September. Reservations can be made online at the Victoria International Marina website or by calling (778) 432-0477; they are looking forward to welcoming visiting mariners for the 2024 boating season.

Village Marina amenities include 20- and 30-amp power with plans to improve power pedestals with 30- and 50-amp power during the 2024 boating season. Potable water available on the docks; shower and washrooms at the top of the ramp. Garbage and recycling. Pumpout is available for a fee.

Boaters will pass under the attractive Johnson Street Bridge to access Village Marina. Minimum clearance at high-tide is 4.8m (15.7ft). If you require the bridge to be lifted, contact the bridge operator at (250) 385-5717 or on VHF 12. Boaters should note the following bridge restrictions/information:
