Port Everett Marina, with its three moorage basins and its five distinct districts for services, eateries, and other amenities, is the largest public marina on the West Coast. Restaurants and services continue to be added, along with special events.

The Shuttle Program and New ‘Trawley’. With more than 100 acres of waterfront to explore, the Port launched a free seasonal shuttle in 2024, which was expanded in 2025. The Port is now transitioning to year-round shuttle service with added capacity via the “Waterfront Trawley.” Visitors can easily hop on at designated stops and ride to their favorite restaurants, parks, plazas, and special events at the marina. The free, all-weather waterfront shuttle makes visiting all the sites at Everett Marina a delight.

Mukilteo Waterfront Development concept rendering

Future Development at Mukilteo Waterfront. Did you know that the Port of Everett has accepted a transfer of the NOAA site property and that the Port Commission also voted to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to secure additional property, home to Ivar’s Mukilteo Landing for economic development and public access. Ivar’s will continue to be part of the waterfront, a long-standing staple of Mukilteo. The Port of Everett is working with the architecture and planning firm NBBJ and will begin a formal search for a development partner for its Mukilteo properties later this year, 2026. Development plans will follow the vision established through a comprehensive community outreach in partnership with the City of Mukilteo, which was completed in 2022. To learn more, go HERE.
