Vetus, a manufacturer of marine systems, has announced their E-Line 22kw motor, offering control and performance equal to combustion engines with the added benefit of zero emissions or noise. The unit is compact and can be installed on almost any existing engine foundation.
The E-Line 22kw is now available for vessels up to 50 feet or 20 tons. Their electric engine provides powerful, responsive acceleration and immediate deceleration when needed, enabling boaters to get the most out of the battery bank. The Vetus E-line 22kw is a complete system out-of-the-box, to be completed only with a control lever and a cooling system of choice. Different options are available for control levers, shunt, and displays, with tailored configurations for a variety of boats. Vetus also supplies the essential components for installations, including shafts, propellers, and seats.
