Waggoner Flotillas provide the opportunity to learn and build boating skills and confidence. Our focus is getting the group to Alaska so you can jump-start your summer cruise in those magical waters. Traveling to Southeast Alaska in 3 weeks means covering a lot of ground with very few days sitting around, unless it’s waiting out weather.
Mike Beemer, the June 2023 trip leader, onboard the m/s Black Pearl put together a day-by-day video to give you an idea of places, distances traveled, and time on the water – 16 days from Anacortes to Ketchikan; check out the video HERE to sail along with us.

Mike will again be leading a flotilla to Alaska departing mid-June 2024, and Mark Bunzel will be leading the earlier May departure flotilla to Southeast Alaska on the lead boat Puffin, a 1966 William Garden designed vessel, with a Gardner 6LXB diesel engine; check out the video HERE for a tour of Puffin and interview with owner, Sam Devlin.
