Come enjoy a night of music in Victoria’s Inner Harbour on August 8th. This free concert brings together world-class performers.

The concert is staged on a barge in the harbour, with performances starting a 7:30pm, hosted by the David Foster Foundation. The Foundation supports families with children in need of life-saving organ transplants across Canada. David Foster, born in Victoria, is a 16-time Grammy-Award artist. Concert performers include David Foster, Josh Groban, CeeLo Green, Katherine McPhee, The Tenors, and other well-known artists.

The public can enjoy the concert from the lawn in front of the Parliament buildings. A large screen will be set up in front of Fairmont Empress and two large screens on Belleville Street to view up-close images of the show. NOTE: The southern portion of the Lower Causeway from the marina gates to the Clipper Terminal will not be open to the public.

Paddle craft up to 14 feet in length will be allowed within the water viewing area. Harbour Patrol will restrict vessel traffic in the Inner Harbour between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm; Transport Canada Harbour Patrol can be reached on VHF Ch18.

As part of the David Foster Foundation 40th Anniversary, attendees have the added bonus of watching the Snowbirds soar over Victoria. Canada’s renowned aircraft aerobatic team will be suspending their air shows for several years while transiting to a new aircraft fleet. The Snowbirds’ final show for the 2026 season is scheduled for Oct. 10-11 in Sacramento, California.
