TOLLY'S 98TH BIRTHDAY PARTY January 30, 2009. Even non-Tollycraft people should appreciate these photos of Tolly at his annual birthday party. Tolly turned 98 this year, and says he feels good enough to aim for 100. A big crowd of Tollycraft owners celebrate Tolly’s birthday on the first weekend of the Seattle Boat Show. Tolly used to come to Seattle for the party, but now everyone goes to Port Ludlow, where Tolly lives. Since we’re always tied up at the boat show, we have to miss the party. Our friend Terry Murphy, the godfather of the Canadian Tollycruisers rendezvous in September (which we do attend), sent the photos. --Bob Hale
