Eagle Harbor Waterfront Park & City Dock is one of the most popular year-round destinations for boaters in Puget Sound.
Bainbridge Island City Park Dock CLOSED for 2017
In 2017, the Bainbridge Island City Park Dock located on Eagle Harbor will be closed for renovations from May 1 through November 1. The adjacent launch ramp, mobile pump-out, and dinghy dock will also be closed during this time.
Linear Moorage Will Remain Open
The City’s 400-foot Linear-tie system and four mooring buoys will remain open and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Anchorage is available in designated areas of the bay. Restrooms at the park will remain open during construction, and boaters will continue to have access to all the wonderful shops and restaurants found in Winslow.
Transient moorage fees for the linear-tie system and buoys are .25 per foot, per day. The self-registration payment station is located on shore at the park. Boaters may beach their dinghy on either side of City Dock at the Waterfront Park during renovations. Contact Harbormaster Tami Allen at 206-780-3733 or 206-786-7627 regarding the appropriate dinghy access point which may vary during the construction period.
Renovations Completed in 2018
The City of Bainbridge expects to have dock renovations completed by early 2018. Renovation work includes lengthening and adding a “T” end to the dock, lengthening the boat launch, and adding power and water.
